გაეროს ადმიანის უფლებათა დაცვის სამსახურის ანგარიშის თანახმად, ვენესუელაში, მადუროს სპეციალურმა ძალებმა 2018 წელს 5287 ადამიანი მოკლეს, ხოლო 2019 წელს (მაისის თვის ჩათვლით) 1569 ადამიანი იქნა მოკლული.

According to UNHumanRights report, Maduro’s Special Action Forces killed 5287 people in 2018 & 1569 by May 2019. The U.S. deplores these human rights abuses in Venezuela & calls on the international community to take steps to hold those responsible accountable.
