ტრადიციული ფრანგულ–ინდური საჰაერო სწავლება Garuda. წლევანდელ სწავლებაზე (Garuda V) 4 ცალი ფრანგული Rafale იქნა გაგზავნილი, ფრანგ პილოტებს საშუალება ჰქონდათ ინდურ Су-30МКИ–სთან და МиГ-27–ებთან ერთად ეფრინათ.

მოსკოვთან მდებარე, რუსეთის ფედერაციის თავდაცვის სამინისტროს 21–ე სამეცნიერო–კვლევით გამოსაცდელი ინსტიტუტის საცდელ პოლიგონ "ბრონცაზე", 29 მაისს, სამხედრო მძღოლის დღისადმი მიძღვნილ ღონისძიებაზე განხორციელდა ჯავშანმანქანა "Ансырь"–ის პრეზენტაცია (ბრონიცაზე გამართულ გამოფენაზე უკვე ვწერდი – ჯავშანმანქანების გამოფენა ბრონიცაში)

ტენდერი შიფრით "Ансырь" რუსეთის შსს–მ 2008 წელს გამოაცხადა, ტენდერის პირობებიდან გამომდინარე ბევრი სპეციალისტი მას ფრანგულ VBR–ზე მორგებულად თვლიდა და არ გამორიცხავდნენ ამ მანქანის რუსეთში წარმოებასაც კი:

მაგრამ როგორც ვხედავთ მხოლოდ კონცეპტუალური მსგავსებაა, ბაზა რისია გაურკვეველია, თუმცა ფოტოებიდან ჩანს მანქანა УАЗ–ის დროშების ქვეშ დგას

მცირე კლასის საიერიშო ამფიბიური ჯავშანმანქანის, შიფრი "Ансырь", წონა 4 ტონამდეა, ტვირთამწეობა 800კგ, ეკიპაჟი 3 კაცი. მანქანა შექმნილია ФКУ НПО СТиС МВД და ბაუმანის სახელობის მოსკოვის ტექნიკური უნივერსიტეტის მიერ
